Where do I start?
Open the catalog, choose a channel and explore available moments. StreamMoment helps you find interesting segments, review their boundaries, adjust the frame and prepare a video to download.
AI scores and suggestions help you choose. Before publishing, check the meaning, editing, captions and rights to use the material.
How do I get early access?
Select Apply on the early-access page. Sign in with Twitch to open the corresponding profile tab. Describe the videos you want to make and how many you plan to create.
You can submit one application per Twitch account. We usually review it within 7 days. The expected date, decision and comment appear in your profile; you do not need to reapply.
Is it free? What are tokens?
Approved early access is free through December 31, 2026. From 2027, terms may change and the product may move to paid plans. Pricing has not been decided and there is no automatic billing.
AI tokens measure model usage, not the number of finished videos. Approval sets a total allowance and, where applicable, periodic limits. You can see usage and remaining tokens in your profile. Reaching a limit can block new AI requests.
My channel is not in the catalog
The catalog contains prepared material and does not cover every Twitch channel. Early access does not include individual broadcast preparation or automatic onboarding of new channels.
You can mention the channel and your plans in your early-access application. This helps us understand your use case, but does not guarantee that we will add it.
Where are my videos and jobs?
Open your profile using the account button. The clip and video creation sections show jobs and available results linked to your Twitch account. A different account has a different history.
A saved job and an available output file are different things. If a download is no longer available, keeping the job in your history does not restore the file. Download the results you need after processing finishes.
What if sign-in or processing fails?
Allow the Twitch sign-in popup and site cookies. Your password is entered on Twitch. If your session expires, sign in again with the same account.
For processing errors, note the action, time, material URL and job ID if shown. Include the error text, browser and device. Do not share passwords, tokens or session cookies.
Reloading the page can help refresh job status. Before clearing site data, save important settings: local drafts and presets may be removed.
How do I remove a channel or material?
Select Submit a request on the Rights holders page. After Twitch sign-in, the form opens in your profile. Choose the request type, add a link and explain your relationship to the material.
Your history and our reply are available in the Rights holders tab. Requests are reviewed manually; submission does not automatically remove material.
